- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give less than one star I would. We didn't end up renting from the Leavitts, which after reading the rest of these reviews sounds like it was a good thing. However, we have had multiple phone calls with them and visits to their office. Every time it ends by us leaving with no more info and them telling us to check their website. They are extremely condescending, unhelpful, and unfriendly. Also, their website has hardly any pictures and not any of the information that is useful. And to top it all off you can't tour their rentals so you just have to trust that the few pictures are up to date and accurate. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I tried to buy a contract from someone who is moving out, but the office said no. I met the roommates and they were cool. The person I wanted to buy the contract from and I reached a good agreement about the deposit that benefited both of us. Then the office said no. I am a non tradional student and due to my age, they said no. I was discriminated against. I do not use that word lightly, but it happened to me. Not only did they break federal law, but they also hurt me and the person who was selling their contract. The kicker is not the age thing. It is that they willfully violated a federal law and discriminated against someone (me) who was qualified to live there. This brings up a good question: If they ignore federal laws, what other illegal things are they willing to do? I will be fine housingwise. In fact, they saved me from being at their mercy. Based on the majority of reviews, it looks like these clowns do a terrible job of running these apartments. In a way, it is better to avoid having to deal with idiot clowns rather than finding out the hard way that being at the mercy of the clowns is not fun.By Ned Nedy, December 09, 2016
