  These people do not care about anything but money. They will lie, cheat and steal to make a buck. You will not find integrity or accountability, just greed. For example they are trying to change some land they purchased that was for duplexes into apartment buildings. The residents in the area have spoken very loud and clear that they do not want this and are very opposed to it because of the traffic it would bring and a list of other very valid reasons. If any one of us bought land that was set for certain things and we wanted to change it we would be denied (I've seen it happen). Yet here they are, mucking things up once again They openly lied in the city council meeting and were called out multiple times. One of my favorite instances being when they said they didn't rent certain buildings and a man showed the council canceled checks he wrote to them. I would also like to point out how Cedar focuses on downtown yet they have two office buildings. Shop local? No. Check out our offices! Ugh. They believe they are better than anybody else and will manipulate and mess with people's lives without a thought as to how it may affect others. So long as they get money, that's what matters. I really hope somebody puts them to heel and stops their sketchy business around Cedar City.

  MyFax is a rip off, when you try to cancel you get the run around. They don't offer the "chat" function like it says so that you can cancel the service. You end up having to call and sit on the phone for an hour and end up no closer than you were. DO NOT RECOMMEND
