I bought a new car and he asked me to text him the VIN so it could be added to my policy and two month later I found out that I was paying insurance for my old cars and not my new car so I drove around with no insurance for two months. This gets even better, I then get a letter from the state to verify insurance and sent it to Chris and he let me know that they dropped me 4 month before because Chris didnt update my drivers license info which I sent him two years prior.
