  I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the staff and working with the team in this Allstate office. I have found better rates, top notch customer service and a competent team to help me with my risk management needs. I didn't know, but Allstate also provides world class retirement planning and life insurance solutions.

  Someone vandalized my car so i filed a claim i also had to use my free tow they offer to customers to get it to the shop. They gave the tow truck driver an address that was 20 miles away from where i was. I asked the tow truck driver for a copy of the receipt for my own records. He gave it to me and they charged 25 for the tow(my actual location to the shop) they insurance then tried to bill me for 100 dollars for the tow that was supposed to be free. I contacted my agent and told him what hapened and he said he'd get back to me about it. 2 weeks later he calls me and says theres nothing he can do and that im just going to have to suck it up... i then call allstates customer service number to fix this mess myself and file a complaint. It took me a total of 10 minutes (most of that on hold) to clear up the problem and have them reverse the charge. About a week and a half after that my "agent" gives me a call and tries to take responsibility for the charges being reversed and gloating about how hard he worked to get it and how they don't normally do this..... needless to say I transfered my home and multiple auto to another location. If you want all state do not use this location they are incompetent, lazy and they lie. Btw this is the short version of the whole mess this agent caused.

  These guys are awesome! I've been with them for about 5 years now and their guys put up with my constant adding and removing of vehicles with a smile. They're a great group of people that will treat you right.

  I give Mark Nelson's office a Big Thumbs Up! Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I can always get an answer for any question. And I can expect a call back for any issue that wasn't immediately resolved on the first visit or call. I am especially pleased with Kelly and usually prefer to deal with him in most instances. He has been my go to guy, almost always. I highly recommend them to anyone. They will always to the best they can to get you the lowest rates and are happy to work with you on any insurance need.
